At Passionate Creatives LLC, doing business as Passionate Creatives | Studio, every project is custom-created with time, creativity, strategy, and care. Because of the personalized nature of our services and digital deliverables, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

Vision Conversation™

A $75 payment is required to reserve your Vision Conversation™.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may receive a full refund or transfer your payment to a new appointment date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.

When applicable, the $75 Vision Conversation™ fee may be credited toward a qualifying project booked with Passionate Creatives | Studio.

Custom Creative Services

Because branding, graphic design, publishing design, digital content, commercial production, and other creative services are customized specifically for each client, payments for work that has already begun are generally non-refundable.

Once concept development, research, design, writing, editing, production, formatting, or other project work has started, the time and creative labor invested cannot be returned.

Any deposit, retainer, milestone payment, or other project-specific payment terms will be identified in the client's proposal, invoice, service agreement, or project confirmation.

Client Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for work already completed and any expenses incurred on the client's behalf.

Any remaining balance, refund, or credit will be determined based on the stage of the project and the terms agreed upon before production began.

Completed work, approved concepts, delivered digital files, and services already rendered are not eligible for a refund.

Revisions

Each service or collection includes the number of revision rounds specified in the client's proposal, service description, or agreement.

Requests beyond the included revision allowance may require an additional revision fee.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an existing approved concept. A request that substantially changes the original direction, scope, concept, or project requirements may be considered additional work and quoted separately.

Rush and Priority Services

Rush-production, priority-service, and expedited-delivery fees are non-refundable once the accelerated work has begun.

Digital Products and Files

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable files, all sales of delivered digital products, templates, guides, source files, editable files, and completed digital designs are final unless otherwise required by law.

Errors

If an error made by Passionate Creatives | Studio is discovered in a final deliverable, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct errors attributable to us at no additional design charge.

This does not include errors contained in information, text, spelling, dates, names, images, or other materials that were supplied or approved by the client.
